We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. These policies help us provide every guest with a professional, timely, and personalized experience.
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing custom-ordered hair or products, or submitting payment to OmariElizabeth Hair Co., you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies below.
APPOINTMENT RETAINERS
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all service appointments.
Your retainer is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. The remaining service balance is due on the day of your appointment.
An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required retainer has been received.
Retainers are associated with the appointment for which they were paid and are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies below.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultation fees are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Consultations may be required before select extension, wig, corrective, or restoration services so that we can properly assess your hair, discuss your desired result, determine service eligibility, and provide accurate recommendations and pricing.
A consultation does not guarantee that a particular service or method will be recommended.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment date.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A late-cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining scheduled service balance may also apply.
A new retainer will be required to schedule another appointment.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are already within the cancellation window and are subject to the same late-cancellation policy.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service. Depending on the service and remaining appointment time, your appointment may need to be modified or cancelled to avoid affecting the next guest.
If your appointment must be cancelled because of late arrival, your retainer will be forfeited and applicable cancellation fees may apply.
Please arrive ready to begin your service at your scheduled appointment time.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show.
No-shows will forfeit their retainer and may be charged 50% of the remaining scheduled service balance.
A new retainer and payment of any outstanding balance or applicable fees will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
EXTENSIONS & CUSTOM-ORDERED HAIR
Hair Purchases
Hair is not included in extension installation pricing unless specifically stated otherwise.
When hair must be ordered specifically for your appointment, the full cost of the hair is due before the order is submitted.
Hair payments are separate from your service retainer.
Because extension hair may be ordered specifically according to your selected color, length, texture, quantity, and method, custom-ordered hair is non-refundable and non-transferable once the order has been submitted.
Your installation appointment should not be considered fully secured until all required service retainers and hair payments have been completed.
EXTENSION CONSULTATIONS
Advanced extension services may require a consultation before an installation can be scheduled.
Your consultation allows us to evaluate your natural hair and scalp, discuss your goals and lifestyle, determine an appropriate installation method, estimate the amount of hair required, and discuss maintenance.
The final investment may vary according to the method selected, amount of hair required, desired length, density, customization, and complexity of the installation.
EXTENSION MAINTENANCE
Extensions require professional maintenance and proper at-home care.
Recommended maintenance schedules vary by extension method, natural-hair growth, lifestyle, and home-care routine.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance or aftercare instructions may affect the appearance, longevity, comfort, and condition of both your extensions and natural hair.
WIGS
Ready-to-Wear Wigs
Ready-to-Wear wigs are sold based on current studio availability.
Clients are encouraged to schedule a fitting when possible to evaluate fit, color, density, length, and overall appearance before purchasing.
The initial professional fitting and installation may be included with qualifying Ready-to-Wear wig purchases as specified at the time of purchase.
Complimentary services included with a purchase have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount or refund if declined.
Custom Wigs
Custom wigs are created according to the specifications approved during the ordering process.
Hair, lace, and other materials required for a custom unit must be paid for before ordering or construction begins.
Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs and specially ordered materials, custom wig orders and custom-ordered hair are final sale once production or ordering has begun.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and requested information when applicable.
OE WIG SERVICES
Wig installation, customization, maintenance, and repair services are currently reserved for wigs purchased from or created by OmariElizabeth Hair Co.
We do not currently install or service client-provided wigs.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Your satisfaction matters.
If you have a concern regarding a service you received, please contact OmariElizabeth Hair Co. within 72 hours of your appointment so the concern can be reviewed.
When appropriate, a reasonable service adjustment may be offered.
Service adjustments are intended to address concerns related to the original service performed and do not include changing the originally requested style, color, length, method, or result after the service has been completed.
REFUNDS
Payments for completed salon services are generally non-refundable.
Because of the nature of professional hair services, concerns will first be evaluated to determine whether an appropriate service adjustment can resolve the issue.
Retainers, consultation fees, custom-order payments, and other amounts specifically identified as non-refundable remain subject to their respective policies.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please follow any preparation instructions provided for your specific service.
Unless your service description states otherwise, arrive with your hair in the condition requested during booking or consultation.
Excessive matting, tangling, product buildup, or additional preparation beyond what is included in the scheduled service may require additional time and fees. If the additional work cannot be accommodated within the appointment, the service may need to be modified or rescheduled.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a private, comfortable, and professional studio environment, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are receiving a scheduled service or prior arrangements have been approved.
PRICING & SERVICE CHANGES
Prices listed online represent current service pricing and may be updated as services, products, or business costs change.
Services listed as “starting at” may increase depending on hair length, density, amount of extension hair required, additional time, customization, or complexity.
When a consultation is required, your personalized service investment will be discussed before moving forward.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR MODIFY SERVICE
OmariElizabeth Hair Co. reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or modify a service when performing the requested service would be inappropriate for the condition of the hair or scalp, outside the scope of services offered, or otherwise unsuitable to perform safely and professionally.
When possible, an alternative service or future treatment plan may be recommended.
